Returns & Refund Policy

At CrazyHuman.store, your satisfaction is important to us. All our products are custom-made, printed using Direct-to-Garment printing and manufactured to order. Because of this, our return and refund policy is as follows.


1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, has a printing issue, or is otherwise defective, we’re happy to help.

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • A clear photo of the product showing the issue
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the problem

We’ll work with our print provider to send a free replacement or issue a full refund.


2. Wrong Item or Size Sent

If we made a mistake with your order (wrong size, color, or product), we’ll make it right.

Please provide a photo of the received item and your original order confirmation. We’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.


3. Buyer’s Remorse / Wrong Size Ordered

Since all items are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong size or color

Please double-check our size guides before placing your order.


4. Lost or Stuck Orders

If your package hasn’t arrived after 30 days (45 for international orders), reach out to us. We’ll investigate with the print provider and shipping carrier.


5. Return Address

Returns are not sent to us directly. If a return is necessary, we’ll provide the appropriate return instructions based on the fulfillment provider’s location.
